Myomas
Supporting the womb with presence and care

Myomas, also known as uterine fibroids, are benign (non-cancerous) growths that develop in or around the uterus. They are very common during the reproductive years, and many women have them without ever experiencing symptoms. Often, myomas are discovered incidentally during routine gynecological check-ups and may never require treatment.
When symptoms do occur, they can include heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, painful periods, pelvic pressure, or lower back discomfort. The experience varies from woman to woman and often depends on the size and location of the myoma.
Natural gynecology offers a supportive approach that focuses on relieving symptoms and promoting overall hormonal and uterine balance. Treatment helps reduce heavy menstrual bleeding, ease pain, and support the body’s natural processes.
If a myoma is larger or causing discomfort, a natural gynecology treatment can also aim to stop its growth and, in some cases, support a gradual reduction in size. It can also be used preventative, especially for those who may be more prone to developing myomas.
Due to their structure, myomas usually do not disappear completely. In many cases, they may simply remain stable in size over time, especially when they are small and not causing symptoms. Small myomas that do not create discomfort are often left as they are.
This work aims for a calm, balanced approach — supporting your body when needed, while avoiding unnecessary intervention.
