Women’s Health

 A Journey of Remembering

Natural Gynecology & Ancestral Wisdom

Welcome to a space devoted to honoring your body, your cycles, and your unique journey as a woman.

Natural gynecology is an integrative, holistic approach to women’s health that sees symptoms not as problems to be silenced, but as meaningful messages from the body—guiding us toward a deeper understanding of our physical health, emotional needs, and lived experiences.

Every illness holds roots that extend far beyond the symptoms and when we create the time to truly listen to what the body is saying, we can begin to understand where imbalance is arising and what is needed for healing.

In this way, the body becomes a guide, offering insight, direction, and the possibility of lasting change.

Through herbal medicine, nutrition, mindful lifestyle adjustments, and intentional self-care, this work supports the body’s innate ability to restore balance and vitality, while inviting you to take an active role in your own healing journey.

The Journey We’ll Take Together

All my sessions are one-to-one, creating a private and supportive space where we can explore your unique needs, and story.

In our first session, we take the time to gather a detailed health history and explore your life, experiences, and the reasons that have brought you here.

After this initial conversation, I will create a personalized protocol just for you. This includes herbal medicines, nutritional guidance, self-care practices, and lifestyle recommendations, —all tailored to support your body, womb, and emotional wellbeing. At times, I may also recommend seeing a naturopath, nutritionist, or gynecologist, if it seems helpful or necessary.

All herbal medicines are lovingly prepared by a dear sister who tends an incredible organic garden, grown specifically to support this women’s work. Each remedy is crafted with care and intention and delivered directly to your home.

Our work unfolds over three months, giving you time to integrate the herbal medicines, nutritional changes, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care practices into your everyday life.

During this period, we meet for two additional sessions—one after the first month and another after the third. These sessions give us the space to reflect on your experience, track your progress, and adjust your plan so that the support continues to meet you exactly where you are.

For the full three-month program, which includes three personal sessions and a tailored personal protocol, the contribution is 250,- euros.

The cost of the herbal medicines and shipping are added separately.

Both Candida overgrowth and Bacterial Vaginosis are signs that your vaginal environment is out of balance.

While these conditions can be uncomfortable, they don’t need to be treated with strong medications that can create further imbalances in your system.

Through herbal support, nourishing foods, lifestyle adjustments, and mindful self-care, you can restore balance, support your body’s natural defenses, and promote lasting vaginal health

Womb Clearing & Re-connection

The womb is a dark, hollow space—one that carries many memories. It holds the stories of our lineage, our own lived experiences and traumas, and the energetic imprints left through intimacy and connection.

This accumulation can show itself in many ways: a sense of disconnection from feminine energy, fears that do not feel like our own, difficulty experiencing pleasure, joy, creativity, or safety, or hesitation in speaking truth and sharing gifts.

Womb clearing is a powerful practice of listening, releasing, and restoring spaciousness—supporting a renewed sense of clarity, embodiment, and connection within yourself.

Meet Magdalena Maria

Every difficulty we face holds the alchemy for growth, a doorway through which we can remember our own deeper wisdom, strength, and sovereignty.

With the birth of my second daughter, something fundamental shifted for me. It was a home birth, and the midwife did not arrive in time.

With no one there to give my power away to—no one to ask what to do or what was happening within my body—I was asked to trust myself more deeply than ever before, to listen more closely to what my body was communicating.

In that moment, a layer of conditioning fell away for me: the belief that I needed someone else to guide me through my own experience.

I listened, I followed, and my daughter was safely born.

There was no fear—only presence, trust, and a deep sense of knowing.

Each of us holds this kind of deep wisdom within, though it is often hidden beneath old patterns, fears, and beliefs.

For many women traditional medicine can sometimes fall short. It is often in this space, this gap, that our intuition awakens: the quiet knowing that there is more beneath the surface, that healing can reach deeper than we are often given room for.

This is the space this work holds—and why I love it so deeply. It is a container for women to return to right relationship with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

A place where illness and difficulty are not seen as obstacles or failures, but as teachers—revealing the profound intelligence of the body and the heart, and the innate capacity we each carry to heal, to grow, and to reclaim our sovereignty.
