Cycle syncing is about coming home to the wisdom of your own body.

It is a practice of honoring your menstrual cycle as a natural, intuitive rhythm—one that guides you through phases of creation, reflection, expansion, and rest.

Rather than trying to push through or control these shifts, we learn to move with them, embracing the unique energy and insight each phase offers.

This approach blends the holistic with the spiritual. We support your body with nourishing foods, herbal allies, and mindful practices that align with your hormonal rhythms, while also recognizing the deeper energetic flow of each phase.

These cycles mirror the natural rhythms of the moon, the tides, and the seasons, and when we honor them, we cultivate a sense of balance, clarity, and belonging within ourselves.

This space is here to empower your relationship with your cycle—one where you trust your body, honor your energy, and have tools like nutrition, herbs, movement, and self-care to flow with while you move through your natural rhythm.

  • Connecting with your bodies, Mother Earth and our ancestors through meditation to begin the remember of our own unique wisdom and truth.

If you choose to embark on this journey, I will be by your side through three of your cycles. We’ll begin with a personal call to explore your experiences, intentions, and what you hope to gain from this work.

After our conversation, you will receive a personalized plan created just for you, offering guidance for each phase of your cycle—herbs, nutrition, and practices designed to support your body, mind, and energy as it moves through its natural rhythms.

As you begin to work with your plan, we’ll connect two more times—once after the first month, and again after two months.

These sessions are a chance to reflect, ask questions, and receive personal support, ensuring you feel guided and held throughout the process.

This journey is an invitation to move through your cycles with awareness, care, and intention. It’s about tuning in to your body’s wisdom, honoring each phase, and nurturing a deeper, more intimate connection with yourself.
